A very brief description of each property follows:
The Beachcomber: a seafront two-bedroom first floor flat for 2/4 persons, with balcony
The Boulevard: a seafront one-bedroom ground floor flat for up to 2 persons
The Devonshire: a seafront three-bedroom first floor flat for up to 5 persons with sea views
(PLEASE NOTE: This flat is up for sale and only last minute bookings can be taken.)
The Haven: a two-bedroom ground floor flat for up to 4 persons 500 metres from seafront
The Pavilion: a two-bedroom ground floor flat for up to 4 persons 200 metres from seafront
The Seaside: a seafront two-bedroom second floor flat (with lift) for up to 4 persons
The Wilton: a two-bedroom 4th floor flat (lift to 3rd floor) in a seafront block for 2/5 persons, with sea view
NOTE: Full descriptions, pictures and basic rental prices of the individual Miraleisure properties can be obtained via the pertinent property thumbnail picture below.
Children: Some properties have an age limit for children, either because of safety reasons (e.g. a balcony), or due to rules imposed by the management comittee of the block of flats. PLEASE NOTE: Miraleisure currently has no facilities for children under two (i.e. cots, high chairs, plastic tableware).
Pets: Small dogs are welcome in some properties (as stated in individual descriptions) at a supplement of £15 per week.
Basic Rental Prices: All basic rental prices are property-specific for the number of persons shown as stated in the tariff for the property, and include utilities (heat, light, power and water) and end-of-stay cleaning throughout the year, unless otherwise stated.
All apartments are fully equipped and furnished for the number of persons shown - including all bedding (duvets). A set of bed linen (as specified when booking) is included for a holiday rental - except for The Devonshire which is keeping its 2011 prices while still available. Personal towels and additional/change of bed linen can be hired as optional extras. All properties are gas centrally heated, or heated by Economy 7 storage systems, from early autumn until late spring. Summer heating arrangements are shown in individual property descriptions.

Off-Season "Monthaway" extended stays: For those seeking a long off-season break (one to three months) or, perhaps, awaiting removal to a new home, very attractive prices are offered outside the high season (see Tariff). These special rates do not include utilities (gas, electricity and water), which are charged separately by meter reading (or property billing). See separate description on the "BOOKING" page for details.
